Can I get an estimate?

Yes! Please contact us with as much detail as possible about what you have in mind. For example; size, sign or banner, inside or outside usage, how many colors, how many lines of type.

*If you’d like to include a logo or other image in your job, please see info on logos at the bottom of this page.

Can you come to my location?

Yes! We will first need to determine if your job request is practical and to give you a general idea of cost. Contact us first and give us some details.

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes! It is our policy to require a deposit of 50% of your total order to begin the design phase of your job and to secure your completion date.

 

How long will it take to make my order?

Our turnaround time is generally five working days from the time your deposit and final design approval are received. Please consult our current schedule. We are happy to accommodate a stricter deadline when possible.

 

Will I be able to see it before it’s made?

Yes! We don’t begin manufacturing your custom order until you give your signature of approval on your final design. Our suggested layout is sent to you via e-mail or fax within 1 or 2 days of receipt of your deposit. You will be alerted if changes will affect your final balance and completion date.

 

Can you use my logo (or photo)?

Yes! We will need to see any kind of “reference copy” of your logo (or photo) to determine manufacturing method. Then we must see your BEST MASTER ARTWORK FILE to determine if additional time and cost is required for best results. (Please contact us well in advance of your desired completion date.)
